No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under “My Orders”. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to check the information about your order. This may take a couple of hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!
We offer excellent value by providing our socially conscious jewelry at the lowest possible price, generally lower than many traditional jewelers offer for standard jewelry. As a result, we cannot offer additional discounts or negotiated prices to retail customers.
For the sake of your transaction safety, we only accept PayPal payments currently. Please note, we don’t accept cash or cheques in any form as well as cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) as payment.

Please note: our delivery estimates for all orders (domestic and international) do not include processing time for orders. Once you place your order and receive our confirmation email, the order will ship approximately 2 – 3 business days later.
Each jewel you purchase on our website will be carefully inspected and packed before shipping, that’s why we need adequate time to handle your order. Returns are accepted on all unworn, unused items within 20 days of purchase (order time) or 7 days (including weekends and holidays) upon delivery.
5.1. Return requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage;
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, cards, box, pouch, additional gift included);
- No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, all items included must be returned as a complete set;
- Orders must be returned to the same country in which they were originally purchased.
5.2. All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products;
- Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment;
- Worn, stained, labelless/label-free items;
- Final sale items.
5.3. Return shipping:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Because our fashion jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver, Tibetan silver, miao silver, 10k gold, 14k gold, 18k gold, freshwater pearl, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, jadeite, jade, natural crystal, turquoise, nephrite, etc., some materials may fade over time from continuous wear. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can erode their shiny appearance.
Some tips to make sure your jewelry lasts for generations:
- Do not throw or drop jewelry onto hard surfaces;
- Avoid direct contact with sprays—hairspray, perfume, etc.;
- Remove your jewelry while showering, swimming, or exercising;
- Do not place directly in water for an extended period;
- Never use chemical cleaners or polishes;
- Clean and polish with a soft, dry cloth;
- When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place such as a jewelry pouch or lined box.
